Studio Policy

It's important to familiarize yourself with our policies and make sure you understand them before booking an appointment. We are not responsible for failure to read our policies. Policies are written and enforced to ensure the fairness and safety of clients.


  • NJ Sales Tax of 6.625% will be added to all Cosmetic tattoo transactions. 
  • All major credit, debit cards and cherry payment plans have a 3.5% processing fee
  • No children, guest under 18, or pets are not permitted in studio.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather and emergencies.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who arrives sick, intoxicated, rude, disrespectful or violent. booking fee will forfeit.
  • Results cannot be guaranteed. healed results can vary. Retention depends on your immune system, skin type, lifestyle, medications, and adherence to our pre and post care instructions. Therefore, healed results are beyond our control but we guarantee we will do everything we can at your appointment to make sure that the factors we can control are done correctly.
  •  No refunds.
  • Should you require additional touch ups, they will incur an extra charge.

Rescheduling

 our time is valuable as well as yours


A non refundable booking fee will be charge in order to book and hold appointments.


If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may transfer your booking fee ONCE with 48 hours notice minimum.


48 Hour Reschedule Policy: 

This is strictly enforced, policy means that 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment the booking fee becomes non-transferable and your appointment cannot be rescheduled with the same booking fee. 


Clients who reschedule within 48 hours will be required to pay a new booking fee to secure a new appointment. 

*Reschedule or cancellation will forfeit any promotional rates and will be subjected to current prices.


No Show Policy: 

Clients who do not show up for an appointment, or cancel the same day, will forfeit their booking fee. NO EXEMPTIONS.


Clients who do not show up for a complimentary initial touch up session, will forfeit the free session and be charged according to how many weeks later the touch up takes place.

Late Policy

Being more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment and booking fee forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to rebook a new appointment. 


***Kindly take into account travel time to avoid being late to your appointment.


WHY ARE POLICIES IN PLACE:

Our policies are in place to protect our Artist, income and to ensure your commitment to appointment. 

Our late policy is in place to ensure we have the allocated time dedicated just to you. late arrival will not give us sufficient time to complete your services. 

Touch Ups

Your first touch up appointment is booked immediately after your first service to ensure that you receive a touch up within 6 - 12 weeks.RESCHEDULING THE INITIAL TOUCH UP SESSION IS ONLY COMPLIMENTARY IF THE RESCHEDULED DATE TAKES PLACE WITHIN THE 6-12 WEEK PERIOD FROM YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT. 


IF THE RESCHEDULED DATE FALLS AFTER THE INITIAL 6-12 WEEK PERIOD, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE 6 month TOUCH UP PRICING, AND A BOOKING FEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR NEW APPOINTMENT DATE (Booking fee will be deducted from the total cost at checkout).


Should you require a third or more touch-ups, there will be an additional charge.
